現(xiàn)在琪邦特種柜海運(yùn)貨代公司就分享自己有關(guān)推土機(jī)特種柜的催單案例給大家，今年比往年要早幾天，所以1月27日就是除夕了，所以根據(jù)你們的生產(chǎn)周期算好之間，確定什么時(shí)間之前的訂單可以出貨，那就可以進(jìn)行第一次的郵件跟進(jìn)，郵件內(nèi)容可以如下：

Hello *** We factory will take a long CNY holiday in 14th Feb 2017.Usually our Production circle is 40 days, so orders confirmed by 20th Dec 2016 can be shipped before our holiday.Please could you check your inventory and back up full cargo in time.Thanks for your great support always.Best.Regards      Jenny

一般在11底或者12月初發(fā)這封郵件，有訂單或者想要下訂單的客戶都會(huì)有緊迫感了，基本上會(huì)在12.20跟我確定訂單，因?yàn)檫@樣方便提前安排春節(jié)前的計(jì)劃。然后過段過段時(shí)間可以針對(duì)老客戶再發(fā)第二封郵件。

Hello ***

Could you do me a favor?Do you have new order plan at present?If yes, It will be appreciated if you can send it to me by the end of Dec . If it is not convenient, that will be fine, do not worry. Thanks for your great support always.

客戶也非常精明，給我回復(fù)如下:

If your company could offer 30 day payment terms, we could grow faster and sell more product.跟客戶來回多次溝通，最終我們達(dá)成客人提貨15天付款，客戶這樣可以給我們更多訂單。

通過這次郵件溝通，個(gè)人感受： 要敢于表達(dá)自己的想法，當(dāng)然語氣要委婉，用請(qǐng)求的態(tài)度找客戶幫忙?？腿擞凶约旱南敕ㄒ矔?huì)說出來，生意是談出來的。

Hello ***  I hope all is well with you.We have finished ** million dollar in year 2015, then increased to ** million dollar in year 2016. thanks so much for your support and patience always.Our 2017goal is** million dollar between you and me. do you think workable?Let me know your ideas, How we can grow better together? Thanks.

和客人誠(chéng)懇說出自己的想法，客人一定也會(huì)誠(chéng)懇回答你，生意是互盈的，相互的，不要害怕去表達(dá)自己的觀點(diǎn)。

話說，我還希望客人給我們更多訂單在2017年，我就直接可客戶去談，剛剛得到客人的郵件回復(fù)如下：

Hi Jenny,

*** asked if I could give you some *** business. We'll have to talk about it when I come to Guangzhou. It might be hard to do because they give me term payments too and they keep increasing discounts on every container of product that I buy from them. I don't know how they do it.

盡管客人沒有同意把他心愛的供應(yīng)商轉(zhuǎn)給我，至少?gòu)倪@封郵件可以看出客人沒有反感，也誠(chéng)懇告訴我他的供應(yīng)商是誰，他們的優(yōu)勢(shì)在哪里，客人也愿意來中國(guó)和我見面談?wù)勑马?xiàng)目。
